Online booking is open. Choose your service and time, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Before you book
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, so a credit card is required to book any service, including when you redeem a gift certificate. Your card is only charged if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or don’t show.
You pay in person for your session, so please bring your card or cash to your appointment. Card payments at checkout have a 3.75% processing fee added.
Rates
We accept cash, debit or credit. If you pay by card, a 3.75% processing fee is added to your total. Taxes not included.

Our second-floor rooms open to fresh breezes and views of Hilo Bay. Each one is private, quiet and decorated to help you settle in the moment you arrive.
